Covid-19 Response

During times of worldwide crises, peoples safety is at the heart of every decision that is made. Bioclad is no different to this and wishes to offer our client base assurances at this present time.

While the evolving Covid-19 situation has presented new and unprecedented challenges, Bioclad is well prepared and responding with the best interests of our employees, customers and partners. These are the people who are at the centre of our decision making and processes during this difficult time.

As a business, we are now operating remotely to ensure the safety of everyone and will continue to follow the current World Health Organisation and government advice. This remote working will not disrupt assistance from our sales, accounting or technical teams.

We want to reassure our customers that there should not be any impact on product availability as we attempt to work in line with delivery schedules wherever possible. We will continue to deliver all products when able to do so and hope to keep things as normal as possible for everyone concerned. We have been in continuous discussions with all suppliers to ensure availability of all products during these challenging times. If it is anticipated that you require a high volume of product, we will work with you to ensure you have what you need.

Our Delivery drivers are following Government guidelines around increased hygiene measures to help combat the spread of the virus. This includes frequent hand washing, wearing masks where required and applying a non-contact signature policy.

As the situation is constantly changing going forward, Bioclad will adapt to each situation as swiftly as possible to remain at the forefront of supply and demand.
