Q1: What was the biggest single factor that caused you to take exhibition space at Arab Health this year?
The amount of reactive interest we receive from the Middle East and South Asia for healthcare-related projects was something we could no longer ignore. We needed to showcase our systems in this market and duly did!
Q2: What key objective did you seek to achieve by exhibiting at this year’s exhibition?
From speaking with our current partners in the region, the Arab Health exhibition was billed to be an extremely well-attended show by hospital owners and key decision-makers. It was from these people we wanted to gain the demand for our Bioclad systems within the Middle East and further afield.
Q3: Was the exhibition a useful venue for meeting existing international contacts?
Unbelievably so! We met with our current partners from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, India, Pakistan, UAE, and Egypt all of whom brought interested parties to talk to us on the stand ,and the additional benefit of having Arabic speaking staff with us helped no end! Bioclad have nothing hidden from any of our international partners so mixing together was a superb way of sharing, from information on projects and their clients to selling techniques and even a good bit of patriotic country banter!
Q4: Were there any specific projects you were chasing during your time in Dubai?
Yes, there are a number of large scale and some high profile schemes ongoing and about to start that we gathered further information on.
Q5: What would you say is the main thing you learned from exhibiting at Arab Health 2016?
Just how good our international partners are! Added to this, the scale size the healthcare market is in the Middle East and South Asia!
